Doutzen Kroes

Doutzen Kroes been born on January 23rd, 1985, to Eastermar, in Netherlands.

Having ended her studies, the young Doutzen decides to become a model and tempts her luckby knocking near the various model agencies.

She is immediatly with a model agency and leaves for Paris for her 1st shooting , for the cover of Numero magazine . Her career is launched.

She lives with DJ Ruckus, a cousin of Lenny Kravitz.

In 2006, she signed a contract of three years with the brand Calvin Klein. In 2009, the contract was renewed. She is the representative of the perfume "Eternity" of Calvin Klein for the advertising of August, 2005 and April, 2006, and signed a contract of three years with L'Oréal.

In 2005, Doutzen Kroes was elected a model of the year on Vogue.com by the readers.

In April, 2008, Doutzen is new Angel of the brand Victoria Secret . She joins Karolina Kurkova, Miranda Kerr, Adriana Lima, Marisa Miller, Heidi Klum, Selita Ebanks and Alessandra Ambrosio.

In August, 2008, she made her first advertising "Supermodel Obsession" for Victoria Secret with another égérie, Adriana Lima.

In 2008, she signed a contract with the brand of jeans, 7 for all mankind as well as with the brand of cashmere, Repeat for two years. She also made an appearance in Pirelli Calendar on 2008.

 

 

 

 

 

She also participated in advertising campaigns of Gucci, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Escada, Dolce and Gabbana, Valentino, Versace, and Neiman Marcus.
