Choice of photos in book composition

Most of models make themselves wrong in putting in their portfolio, bad photos next to their best. In doing so,they make dramatically turn down their level. While on the contrary, with careful selection, by only showing really good pictures, they could really give a strong impression of themselves.
The beauty is destroyed by the mediocrity
In which case, it was always the impression of mediocrity that takes advantage on the whole, it is always the poor who wins on the beauty and destroying the very cause it claims to defend.
